The Black and African Solidarity Show is ...

If I must try to limit it with words;

A freedom that I dare not imagine,

For it is happening in my body,

It is moving the furniture around in my memory,

Making sacred space for dancing joyously in a plethora of ways,

That is so distant from simple gratification,

It is a coming home that I had laboriously craved,

It is a community of creatives that are helping me to thrive in my holy every day.

I hope that makes enough sense. And if it doesn't? Then you probably need to come to B.A.S.S.
